The documents that are printable in VISION have been developed for Brokers to use now and in a future regulated environment.

Providing clients with printable documents ensures that they can make an informed decision and demonstrates the broker’s professionalism and value added service.

The following documents are able to be printed from VISION and presented to clients as either part of the sales process, or as a visual reminder of their home loan discussion:

  • Product key features / Finance Broker Contract
  • Balance and repayment matrix and graphs
  • Product comparisons (with multiple loan splits)
  • Lender comparisons (with multiple loan splits)
  • Product notes and lending criteria
  • Purchase costs/funds to complete
  • Fact Finds

In addition, a Product Library is available within VISION for the user to upload any other documents for future reference.
